What to cook with chicken
Chicken is the most forgiving protein in the fridge: it takes on any flavour, cooks fast, and stretches across stir-fries, soups, trays and tacos. If you have chicken plus one staple — rice, potato or a few eggs — you already have dinner.

Chicken cooking tips
- Chicken is done at 74°C / 165°F in the thickest part — juicy, not pink.
- Thighs forgive an extra five minutes; breasts do not. Slice breasts in half for even cooking.
- Rest cooked chicken 5 minutes before cutting so the juices stay in the meat.
